What the film explains
Does a 60% win rate prove an edge?
No. If average wins are too small, 60% can still have negative expectancy.
Does positive expectancy predict the next trade?
No. It describes a modelled long-run average under stable assumptions.
What is one R?
The amount initially risked from entry to the stop.
Does risking 1% prevent ruin?
No. It slows percentage decay but gaps, fees, leverage and an invalid edge can still cause practical ruin.
