Parabolic SAR (stop and reverse) เป็นอีกอินดิเคเตอร์ของ Wilder พล็อตจุดตามหลังราคาและเร่งเข้าใกล้ราคาเมื่อเทรนด์ยืดออก ใช้ acceleration factor ค่าเริ่มต้น 0.02 เพิ่มทีละ 0.02 สูงสุด 0.20 เมื่อราคาตัดผ่านจุด อินดิเคเตอร์จะพลิกไปอีกฝั่ง
ตัวอย่าง (สมมติ)
ในขาขึ้นสมมติ จุด SAR อยู่ที่ 95, 96.2 และ 97.5 ใต้ราคาที่ขึ้นต่อเนื่อง เมื่อราคาต่ำของแท่งหนึ่งลงไปถึง 97.4 ซึ่งต่ำกว่าจุดล่าสุด SAR จะพลิกไปอยู่เหนือราคา

Definition
Parabolic SAR (stop and reverse), another Wilder indicator, plots dots that trail price and accelerate toward it as a trend extends, using an acceleration factor that by default starts at 0.02, steps by 0.02 and caps at 0.20. When price crosses the dots, the indicator flips to the other side.
Example (hypothetical)
In a hypothetical uptrend the SAR dots sit at 95, 96.2 and 97.5 under rising prices. When a bar's low reaches 97.4, below the latest dot, the SAR flips above price.
